What types of handmade craft can I learn?

  • Hand knitting (straight needles, crochet hook, Afghan stitch, single-needle)

  • Machine knitting (iron plate knitting, plastic, circular knitting machine)

  • Lace crochet (crochet, tatting, macramé, etc.)

Can I commute to the school by car? 

You can commute by car, as we have parking slots available. 

 

For those commuting by car: 

  • 5-minute drive from Tomisato IC

For those arriving by bus

  • 10-minute walk from Shishi-ana bus stop

Can beginners in knitting join?

Yes, we provide thorough instruction even for beginners.

Q. Can I take a trial lesson?

Yes, we offer trial lessons.

The fee is ¥3300 + ¥1100 material costs.
It is held on the first Thursday of every month at the main branch in Kuno.

We also offer trial lessons at Kozunomori branch every 1st Saturday of the month. If you wish to attend trial lessons for Kozunomori classroom, please make a reservation through the reception desk at Culture Plaza Kozunomori or make a call 0476-29-6321

Q. Can I purchase the teaching materials and tools necessary for classes?

We stock all the craft supplies you need for your classes.

We also offer special benefits for students taking our classes.

Q. Up to how many times can I attend the classes? 

Lessons at the Kuno class is held twice a month (1st and 3rd Tuesday)

While lessons at the Kozunomori class is held once a month (1st Saturday).

​

Thereby, you can attend up to 3 times every month.

Q. If I miss a class, can I make it up?

If you miss a class, there will be no make-up classes.

Q. How many branches are available?

Our classes are held at two locations: the "Kuno Class" and the "Kozunomori Class" in Your Elm Narita.
